We have visited cyprus ourselves on many occasions over the last 20 years, and stayed in hotels and Private Cyprus holiday villas.We are an english Married couple who decided in 2004 , we wanted more to life than work and pay bills.Previously living in the west midlands.We purchased Cyprus property in Larnaca for investment purposes,to rent Direct to Cyprus holiday clients only to find 6 months down the line it was to become our new home abroad! we had set up our first Cyprus property management website , Pervolia home services for Larnaca rental properties in Cyprus. This became very popular within months, and we soon had our First new owners , looking for Cyprus cleaning and management services within the Larnaca areas. In 2006 we relocated to Protaras were the vast array of Protaras holiday villas and apartments for rent suited our business plans.Due to the demand from owners who required a Cyprus holiday property marketing / rental service, we developed , a sister with Long term Cyprus rentals for clients interested in renting Cyprus holiday property for long term or short lets living in Cyprus.. The property rentals and marketing side of the business, has seen a remarkable increase in our core business now, and we continue to grow rapidly. We enjoyed our lifestyle in Cyprus, and now in July 2009 returned to the Uk to be back near the family..
