This beautiful Cyprus holiday villa for rent sleeps up to 4 and has an open plan layout with the lounge having a 3 sofas and an armchair and TV, local satellite with numerous channels, DVD and stereo player have been provided to make your stay more enjoyable. There is a WC downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining table and chairs for 4. On the first floor of the luxury Cyprus villa are 2 bedrooms, one has a double bed, one is a twin room, family bathroom with over bath shower and both bedrooms have balconies.
The outside garden area has a bbq and sink, outside shower and two patio areas. Sun loungers and patio furniture is available to sit and relax and take in the glorious Cyprus weather.
You will also have use of a large communal swimming pool and smaller childrens pool located just 1 minute from the villa. Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided free of charge around the pool.
There is ample parking for 2 cars.
