This modern 3 bed Cyprus holiday villa is located within a 7 minute walk to Protaras centre and around the headland to Fig tree bay, approx 15 mins. A sandy cove is within 400 yards De Costa Bay. Book direct with the owner early as this Mesogios development is very popular year after year.

As you enter the Protaras rental villa there is a spacious open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. The first floor bedrooms comprise of bedroom 1 -a double size bed, bedroom 2-double bed and a single bed,bedroom 3-an adult size bunk bed and 2 single beds. Two bedrooms share access to a rear balcony.

There is a family bathroom upstairs, and wc downstairs. Some beach towels provided along with shower towels and bed linen. Playstation 2 plus some child friendly games. Small collection of DVD'S and Comedy discs.

Outside the Protaras holiday villa is a new electric awning over the patio and wicker furniture. Private pool 8 x 4 meters south facing plus patio furniture and sun loungers. Pool is cleaned twice weekly, air con included in price, and stand fans also provided in Protaras villa.
